So, on the journey to one’s own future competence, we put comprehensive academic knowledge in the student’s backpack. But we are not limited to this! The time will come – children have to take care of themselves. Courage to make your own choice, and not wait for the directive of the parents. Be able to rejoice for him. Be responsible. Don’t be afraid to try and find yourself. Reach. Be proud of yourself. Manage your own life and career from the first person. Respect and ethics are the cornerstones of our education system. We do not teach – we explain and provide examples. We create a safe environment. We discuss and learn to defend our own values with respect for others.
Our values are based on the foundations of a modern humane society, and we believe that empathy, ethics and philosophy should be instilled from childhood. We do not support bullying and aggression, we strive to develop communication and mutual understanding skills in children.

Academics
School is a space for acquiring new knowledge and skills, which is why we do not neglect academics in our approaches to learning. Claris Verbis pedagogical team provides high-level education, integrating not only fundamental, but also applied knowledge into the educational process.
Equality of relations
We are colleagues with our students in search of new knowledge and information, this is what ensures a friendly atmosphere in the lessons. We can address the students as "You", which creates equality in the teacher-student relationship.
Democracy
Student self-government is organized in the school, where clear communication of all participants in the educational process is built. Our students are the initiators of school events, charity fairs, meetings, Olympiads, auctions and other various activities.
Psychological safety
A healthy atmosphere, shared values of the school, students and parents, honest and open relationships. We are categorically against harassment and competition based on the value of phones and clothes.

The school started its activities just in our office and the 7th grade was the first to open, because at that time our eldest son Matiash was entering the 7th grade. Our institution has grown from 10 to 140 children, but remains a small private school, where teachers have the opportunity to pay attention to each student, know and understand their needs, maintain strong contact with parents and rejoice with them when such a system of education gives incredible results.
Now, our main goal of developing emotional intelligence along with IQ takes on a new meaning. During the war, we, Ukrainians, have changed a lot — it’s time to prepare for conquering new peaks, winning new victories and reassessing values. We are ready to teach not for school, but for life. Our children will rebuild, build and live in a country where there is no place for authoritarianism and violence, bullying and manipulation. We are not negotiating with terrorists, but are following our own path of change.
Sometimes we are called the punks of Ukrainian education for our non-standard approach to education. We recognize the importance of academic knowledge, which is why our crazy ideas are exclusively about organizational processes in school that help complement the learning process.
