Specialist of the highest qualification category, the title of “Senior Teacher”. Analyzing the results of the GIA and EIT of Ukrainian students, we noticed that in one of the lyceums of the Kyiv region, the results of the exam in the Ukrainian language are at a high level. These results belonged to Ms. Oksana’s students. Experience and love for the subject help the teacher to produce academically strong students. In 2023, we invited Ms. Oksana to join our team. A creative teacher who is proficient in the methods of teaching subjects, forms and methods of organizing the educational process, actively uses them and disseminates them in a professional environment, has a wide range of teaching strategies, introduces original, innovative, creative ideas, uses non-standard forms of conducting lessons using multimedia technologies, interactive methods, integral and integrated forms and methods of work.

For many years, she was a member of the jury of subject Olympiads, the International Language and Literature Competition named after T. G. Shevchenko and the International Competition of Experts of the Ukrainian Language named after P. Yatsyk of the II level, the head of the creative group of teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature and the head of the methodical association of philology teachers.
